grouparchy.porter¶
zope.formlib for large data sets
grouparchy.porter (README) provides components that handle import, export, or other operations based on a monolithic corpus of data such as an XML or CSV import or export file.
I wrote grouparchy.porter for The Groupery but I think it would be widely useful to have formlib like semantics for handling large bodies of data. GenericSetup export and import handlers, for example, all repeat a great deal of XML processing and handling that could be better handled by using a library.
In its current form, grouparchy.porter is incomplete but I'd very much like to finish it if I ever have any free time or if anyone wants to sponsor it.
