2005-2006: A clearinghouse for metadata related to open educational content

In 2005, ISKME brought me in to develop requirements and specifications for, then design
and develop OERCommons, a clearinghouse for metadata
related to open educational content. The portal allows
members to apply ratings, reviews, and tags to content, and
provides many other ways for members to impact the content.
It also provides for management and sharing of each members'
portfolio of these member contributed materials.
